The hotel offers a bagged breakfast in the patio. The staff are very amiable and knowledgeable, they keep the place fairly clean. The location is magnificent and particularly good, it's just off western Steubenville, the highway and historic area, and food establishments.

The room was brand-new, neat, and with a good bed.

We stayed in the a double room and really enjoyed it.

The staff we met were non flexible.

The breakfast had a lot of food, like cereals, fruit and hot waffles. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Belleview Park.

Reasonably large and budget room, clean bathroom. Easy check in and late check out.

The staff - knowledgeable and dedicated. Comfortable beds and a patio and a writing table. Great breakfast selection with belgian waffles and Sausage and hard boiled eggs.

Beautiful hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. The breakfast was nice and fine, consisted of cereals, fruit, and hot waffles. It made my trip to Steubenville a COMFORTABLE experience.

There were a few things that were not so great. The room had a weird smell and didn't feel clean, with a sticky carpet and stained sofa.

The place was newly remodelled and lovely and the stuff where efficient, the location was favourable on a hill. Booked a room with pleasant views of the mountain. Really enjoyed a clean bathroom.

Everything was nice and rooms were budget and large. There were an adjoining terrace and a writing desk in the room, loved that. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, helped with every request.

The value for money was excellent, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The window seat was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast area was nice with the added bonus of a pancake machine. The night staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

One minor improvement for the breakfast option would be to expand the variety of choices available.
